Introduction

Designed to bring the San Jose Earthquakes from the Major League Soccer game field to local grassroots soccer clubs. San Jose Earthquakes Development Schools provide the perfect blend of innovative, fun and challenging coaching environments with all the Earthquakes flair you have come to expect from the Major League team.

Development Schools will be staffed by an elite pool of Earthquakes Technical Staff. All coaching staff will be:

• Internationally qualified
• Safe Haven certified
• Professionally screened and background checked
• Dynamic and passionate soccer instructors
• Skilled demonstrators
• Committed to player development
